Overview of Applied Behavioural Analysis
Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) is considered as the “gold standard” for handling disruptive behaviour which is done through a system of rewards and consequences. In this Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) course, you will learn how ABA can teach skills and help people with autism to learn expected behaviours as well as control their challenging impulses.
Discover the main strategies that are used in ABA, and how to replace inappropriate behaviour with one that is more helpful. You will also understand the goal of an effective ABA program and what it takes to help children become more independent and successful in the short term as well as in the future.
This course is led by a specialist trainer who will train you on how to customise the ABA program according to an individual’s skills, needs, concerns, interests, preferences and family situation and become a qualified and trained Behaviour Analyst.

Method of Assessment
To assess your learning, you have to participate in an automated multiple choice question exam. You have to score at least 60% to pass the exam and to qualify for Quality Licence Scheme endorsed and CPD accredited certificates. After passing the exam, you will be able to apply for a certificate.
In addition, to enhance the depth of your knowledge regarding the course and further assess your learning, you are advised to complete the assignment questions provided at the end of the course, which you can complete anytime you wish. After submitting the assignment, our expert tutor will assess your assignment and will give you feedback on your performance.
