NCFE Level 2 Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics is a GCSE Maths pass grade 9 to 4 (A* to C) equivalent and nationally recognised certification. Entry requirements:
No pre-entry requirements or minimum age are required for this qualification.
Exam Structure:
This qualification has one external assessment divided into 2 sections.
- Section A: Non-calculator section
Duration = 30 minutes
Total Marks = 15 - Section B: Calculator section
Duration = 90 minutes
Total Marks = 60
Please be mindful that registering for the official exam carries a separate £100 registration fee.
The assessment will have separate questions for sections A and B, which must be taken in the same session.
Assessment and Certification Fee:
Assessments can be given remotely from the comfort of home environment. After the preparation is complete, the learner has to book the Official Exam via One Education. For exam booking, the learners need to pay an additional £300. The certification cost is included in the mentioned price.
