Overview
Butterfly Swords (Baat Jaam Do or Wing Chun Knives or Butterfly Knives) are used in martial arts such as Tai Chi, Kung Fu and ninja training. They symbolise an extension of the arms and are the only weapon in the Wing Chun system. To use these knives safely and correctly in combination with martial arts footwork, you must be properly trained.
The Wing Chun Baat Jaam Do (Butterfly Knife) provides step-by-step guidance on how to start Wing Chun Baat Jaam Do footwork. You will learn from the experts through special video training, from how to coordinate the two knives, to training your eyes and wrists. By the end of this course, you will have the skills and expertise to use butterfly knives confidently and safely when performing martial arts, for excellent self-defence.
